Privacy Policy

Drift (“we”, “us”) is a perception game app for iOS and Android. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Use of Drift is also governed by our Terms of Use (EULA). Contact: gsandreasyan@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

Data controller for the Drift app: the developer listed on the App Store / Google Play listing. Backend services run on Google Firebase (project: driftgg-1bdf2).

Scores on leaderboards are immutable once submitted. Account deletion anonymises your profile to “[deleted]” and removes your handle; scores may remain on boards without personal identifiers.

2.3 Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We log aggregated gameplay and product events. Event parameters intentionally exclude email, name, and other direct identifiers. Examples:

Firebase Analytics may also collect standard device/app metadata as described in Google’s Firebase Privacy documentation.

2.5 Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free users may see banner and interstitial ads rated up to Teen (T) content. Google may collect device advertising identifiers and usage data per Google’s Privacy Policy. In the EEA/UK we request consent via Google’s User Messaging Platform before personalised ads. Pro subscribers do not see these ads.

2.6 Purchases (Apple, Google, RevenueCat)

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and manage the “Pro” entitlement. RevenueCat receives purchase history linked to your Firebase user ID after you sign in or restore purchases. We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials. Subscription management and cancellation happen in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Drift is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
