These Terms of Use are the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Drift. By downloading or using Drift you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using Drift

Drift is a perception game app for personal entertainment.
You must be 13+ (or the minimum age in your region) to create an account.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or harass other players on leaderboards.
We may update features, scoring, or availability without notice.

Accounts & scores

You may play as a guest or create a registered account.
Scores submitted to leaderboards are final and cannot be edited by users.
Daily challenges allow one attempt per game per calendar day.
We may remove scores that violate fair-play rules.
You may delete a registered account from Settings; see the Privacy Policy for what is retained.

Purchases & auto-renewable subscriptions

Drift Pro products: Monthly (auto-renewing), Yearly (auto-renewing), and Lifetime (one-time purchase).
Title, length, and price of each offer are shown in the app before purchase and in the store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the store for that subscription.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.
Use “Restore purchases” in Drift Settings to recover entitlements after reinstall or on a new device.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Drift on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Liability

Drift is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
